Scheldeprijs. Team's roster

Astana Pro Team will take part in the Belgian classic race Scheldeprijs, which will be held on Wednesday, April 4th.

Tour of Flanders. Fourth place for Michael Valgren

Michael Valgren finished 4^th at today’s Tour of Flanders, after a hard crash earlier in the race. Magnus Cort also made it into the top 20 with a 20^th place. The team’s leader of today, Alexey Lutsenko, was not able to get back on the bike after the same crash where Valgren was involved. Niki Terpstra won the race after a solo, just in front of Mads Pedersen. Valgren rode to the finish with Philippe Gilbert, finishing just behind him.

Astana Pro Team will take part in the UCI WorldTour stage race Itzulia Basque Conutry, previously known as the Vuelta Ciclista al Pais Vasco, which will be held from April 2nd to 7th.

Astana Pro Team will take part in the next Monumental classic race - the famous Ronde van Vlaanderen (Tour of Flanders), which will be held in Belgium on this Sunday, April 1st.

Dwars door Vlaanderen. Hard day in the rain on the Belgian roads

It was a hard day out for the riders challenging Dwars door Vlaanderen – A travers la Flandre, a final test before the Tour of Flanders. With a crash of Michael Valgren without serious injuries and a bike change for Alexey Lutsenko, Magnus Cort and Hugo Houle were on their own in the front groups. But after the attack of a large group, they were not able to follow. Magnus Cort finished 14^th, 2’40” behind winner Yves Lampaert, after an impressive solo of 20 kilometers.
